Horror/sci-fi series From has developed a cult following on MGM+ over four seasons. That following got considerably larger in late October.

Netflix added the first three seasons of From to its catalog on Oct. 19, and the show zoomed to the top of Nielsen’s streaming charts for the week. It scored 1.65 billion minutes of viewing, the largest weekly total for any acquired series in 2026.

The Diplomat came in second overall — and first among original series — with 1.19 billion minutes of watch time. The political thriller grew by about 21 percent from 983 million minutes the previous week, when its fourth season premiered on Netflix.

Prime Video’s The Terminal List returned to the charts with its second season premiere. The series delivered 830 million viewing minutes to place second among original shows ahead of Peacock’s Crystal Lake, which edged up to 790 million minutes (from 774 million) in its second week.

Nobody Wants This began its third season on Netflix with 725 million viewing minutes, down by 20 percent from season two’s premiere week last year. Marvel series VisionQuest (490 million on Disney+) made its chart debut with the release of its third and fourth episodes, and Tulsa King (484 million on Paramount+) returned a week into its fourth season.

The prior week’s top two shows, Below and Carrie, both fell out of the overall top 10 in their third weeks but remained on the original series chart. Carrie recorded 609 million minutes of viewing on Prime Video, and Below added 441 million on Netflix.

The streaming premiere of Disney’s live-action Moana led the movie top 10 with 579 million minutes. Several Halloween-related films also made the rankings.

Nielsen’s streaming ratings cover viewing on TV sets only and don’t include minutes watched on computers or mobile devices. The ratings only measure U.S. audiences. The top streaming titles for Oct. 19-25, 2026, are below.
