EXCLUSIVE: A group of former YMU and TalentX agents have launched officially Glossary Artists, today unveiling signings such as E! News host Keltie Knight and boxer Alycia Baumgardner.

Glossary has been quietly operating since last year, but is now out on the market with new talent Knight, Baumgardner, celebrity makeup artist and creative director John Barnett, 5 Seconds of Summer guitarist Michael Clifford and author Jenn Lueke.

In April 2025, Deadline first reported news of plans for Glossary’s launch, which followed UK-based YMU cutting around half a dozen staff. The business is led by veteran talent agents Vanessa DelMuro, Kimberly Duman, Amanda Erwin, Haley Henning, Amber Howard and Deanna Ritter, focusing on management in beauty, fashion, food, lifestyle, gaming and sports.

Knight is a triple-Emmy winning presenter, currently fronting E! News and is a former correspondent on Entertainment Tonight, with further credits for The Insider and CBS’s Superfan, which she created and exec produced. Her podcast, LadyGang, has been downloaded over 300 million times.

Baumgardner is the holder of the WBA, IBF, and WBO super-featherweight boxing titles and a former unified champion. Signed to Most Valuable Promotions, she fought and won on the undercard of Netflix’s Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua fight in December 2025, and will headline at Madison Square Garden this year as a multi-year broadcast deal with ESPN gets underway.

Barnett is known for creating looks for Beyoncé and Zendaya among others, and is the Creative Director for skincare brand Medicube. He has also worked at L’Órield Paris and Kilian Paris. Pop-rock guitarist Clifford released a solo album and will see Glossary represent him on gaming-related partnerships. Lueke is the author of New Times Bestseller Don’t Think About Dinner, and a food creator and recipe developer. Her TV appearances include Good Morning America and The Today Show.

Glossary’s official debut comes amid a developing market for creator representation in the U.S. and internationally. The company is led by several agents with significant experience in the space.

L.A.-based Ritter is Managing Director and Partner at Glossary Artists, focused on talent management and creators. She has held senior roles at Be Social and YMU, and worked with companies such as Fab, Warby Parker, ShopStyle and Rakuten.

Duman will also be a Managing Partner, having spent nearly two decades in talent management across fashion, digital, and entertainment. She began her career at LA Models, and after a decade joined StyleHaul, the multichannel network that was considered to be one of the first YouTube channel managers.

She later joined YMU, where she became Vice President of U.S. Entertainment and then moved to TalentX Entertainment, where she served as Managing Director overseeing talent strategy and partnerships.

DelMuro is a Managing Partner and a veteran executive in entertainment and talent marketing. She has held roles including Managing Director at TalentX Entertainment, Head of U.S. Social at YMU Entertainment, SVP of Global Talent at StyleHaul, and Vice President at Edelman’s Matter division.

Erwin is a Managing Director at Glossary Artists and former YMU Group senior talent manager, who has more than 10 years of experience in influencer marketing and talent management. Focused on the beauty and lifestyle spaces, she is based in Los Angeles. After leaving YMU, she had joined TalentX as Director of Talent.

Howard will be Head of Gaming Talent, representing the likes of Destiny gaming creator Datto, pro ballerina-turned-gamer Mari Takahashi, Minecraft and Among Us guru Sigils, and Harris Heller, the creator of StreamBeats. Her previous roles include running on-air talent for the NFL Network and a talent relations manager at IMG, where she helped ESPN’s Erin Andrews to find a spot on Dancing with the Stars.

Henning is a Managing Director at Glossary Artists, leading on talent strategy, brand partnerships, and long-term career growth for creators and talent from entertainment and digital media. She began her career at Live Nation and ICM Partners.

“Glossary Artists represents a new formula for talent management. One where we intentionally build an environment that supports our managers, giving them the freedom to innovate and create meaningful opportunities for the clients they represent,” said Ritter.

“Pay-per-post and brand partnerships were a useful starting point for the creator economy, but they were never the end goal,” added DelMuro. “That model prioritizes moments, not careers. At Glossary Artists, we’re challenging it by helping clients build original IP and self-sustaining ecosystems that convert years of audience trust into ownership, longevity, and real cultural equity.”
