Whether Madonna will go on tour to support her upcoming album, Confessions II, is in question following a comment from her manager.

As reported by Variety, Madonna’s long-time manager, Guy Oseary, said, “I’m not sure yet,” during a red carpet interview over the weekend when asked if she’ll be touring. “I want to see her happy,” he added. After this quote went viral, Oseary posted a clarification on his Instagram Story, writing, “Of course she will tour again. She wants to share her music with her fans. Not sure yet [about] the plans. Stay Tuned.”

Anticipation for new live performances by the Queen of Pop has been building after a surprise performance at Coachella during Sabrina Carpenter’s set. Confessions II, a sequel to 2005’s lauded Confessions on a Dance Floor, is set for a July 3rd release, and was previewed by a new single, “I Feel So Free.”
