Tool Serenade Black Sabbath with Cover of “Hand of Doom” at Farewell Concert: Watch

Tool took the stage at Black Sabbath’s “Back to the Beginning” farewell concert in Birmingham, England, on Saturday night, where they serenaded with the heavy metal legends with a cover of “Hand of Doom.” They progressive rock band also performed a renditions of their own songs “Forty Six & 2” and “Ænema.”

Earlier in the concert, Tool’s Danny Carey joined Mastodon for their own Black Sabbath cover of “Supernaut,” and participated in a drum-off performance of “Symptom of the Universe” with Chad Smith and Travis Barker. He also joined his bandmate Adam Jones plus Billy Corgan, Tom Morello, K.K. Downing, and Rudy Sarzo as part of an all-star jam session of  “Breaking the Law” and “Snowblind.”
