Titled Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version), the streaming release will feature acoustic versions of “cardigan” and four additional songs not shown in theaters.
“‘The Eras Tour’ has been a true phenomenon that has and continues to thrill fans around the world,” Disney CEO Bob Iger said in a statement. “We are very excited to bring this electrifying concert to audiences wherever they are, exclusively on Disney+.” Swifties who aren’t already a subscriber to Disney+ can sign up here.
Following its release in October, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour became the highest-grossing concert film in domestic box office history in just four days. It was filmed in August during six shows at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
The news comes after Swift took the record for most Album of the Year wins in Grammy history after announcing her latest project, The Tortured Poets Department, while accepting another award. The album features Post Malone and Florence + the Machine, and will drop on April 19th.
Swift just kicked off the 2024 run of her international “Eras Tour” with a show in Tokyo on Wednesday. See the full list of dates, and get tickets for North American shows here and international concerts here.
