New Found Glory have been forced to cancel the final two dates on their From the Screen to Your Stereo to Your Town Tour due to a family emergency.

“Hey everyone, need your thoughts & prayers or whatever you do in tough times,” guitarist Chad Gilbert wrote in a tweet on Sunday (Nov. 24). “I’m having to fly out quickly because of a family emergency. Because of this we will be unable to play the last 2 shows of the tour but plan to reschedule these dates as soon as possible. Family first with NFG. We love you all. Thank you for the support.”

At press time, a spokesperson for the group had no additional information on the nature of the emergency or updates on when the shows — Nov. 25 at the Cat’s Cradle in Carrboro, N.C. and tonight (Nov. 26) at the Saturn in Birmingham, AL — will be rescheduled.

The tour in support of the movie covers EP From The Screen To Your Stereo 3 kicked off on Nov. 2 at George’s Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
