On Wednesday (Nov. 27), Menzel and Porter shared their new video for “I Got My Love to Keep Me Warm,” their cover of the Irving Berlin Christmas jazz standard. The video sees Menzel waltzing through a frozen (wink) snowy town as she slowly begins to thaw out the local people with holiday cheer, leading to a high-energy performance of the classic jazz track.
As soon as she’s finished her verse, the star shouts out “sing it, Billy,” just as Porter appears in a Christmas-decorated jazz club, where he keeps up the energy, before joining Menzel in her snowglobe-esque scene for their big finish.
The track comes off Menzel’s latest holiday album, Christmas: A Season of Love, on which she teams up with the likes Porter, Ariana Grande, Frozen co-star Josh Gad and more. The new album is just one of the many projects the actress has been hard at work on: Earlier this month, the long-awaited Frozen 2 premiered with Menzel in the starring role of Elsa; next month, the singer will be hosting her very own Christmas special; and next year, she’s set to appear in the Sony remake of Cinderella as the evil stepmother to Camila Cabello‘s Cinderella.
