Grand Park and the Music Center Plaza will turn into nightly art galleries that will light up downtown Los Angeles.

Grand Park’s Winter Glow will return for a second year Dec. 6-25 with lighted small and large scale installations by several artists plus light displays and projections.

The free event will take place nightly throughout the park and the plaza from sunset to 10 p.m.

People can expect installations such as a light-filled 15-foot dome inspired by the sea, a piñata-inspired illuminated sculpture made of painted fiberglass and light projections on the park’s pathways, trees and surfaces throughout the event space from Hope to Hill streets.

Grand Park is at 200 Grand Ave. For more information, visit
