Evan Engram, Greg Olsen, Gerald Everett, and Vance McDonald have already been ruled “out” for Week 15, making start ’em, sit ’em decisions at TE all the more difficult. It doesn’t help that Noah Fant and Jimmy Graham — two sleeper TEs with favorable matchups — are “questionable” and Jared Cook has been dealing with a concussion all week. We have the latest injury updates so you can feel confident about your fantasy playoff lineups.

Is Jared Cook playing Monday night?
Cook (concussion) has apparently cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol because he practiced in full on Friday and wasn’t listed on the Saints’ final injury report ahead of Monday night’s game against the Colts.
Start him as you normally would in an above-average matchup.
Noah Fant injury update
UPDATE: NFL Network’s James Palmer reports Fant will play in Week 15.
Fant (foot, hip) managed to get in some limited practice sessions late in the week and is listed as “questionable” for Sunday’s game in Kansas City.
Fant has had some big games in the second half, including a 113-yard, one-TD outburst prior to injuring his foot last week. There is some optimism that he’ll play, and given the favorable matchup, he’d be a worthwhile option in all formats. If he’s out, Jeff Heuerman would likely see the most TE targets, but he’s probably best left for the DFS crowd.
Jimmy Graham injury update
Graham (wrist, groin) is “questionable” for Sunday afternoon’s game against the Bears.
On paper, this is a favorable matchup — and Graham should have had a long touchdown last week if Aaron Rodgers hasn’t misfired — but the bottom line is he hasn’t scored since Week 7 and hasn’t had more than 65 yards all year. He’s a low-ceiling play despite the plus matchup.
