DraftKings seems to keep begging us to run Jack Doyle and Auden Tate in daily fantasy football cash games, so we’ll do it again with our Week 14 main slate NFL DFS picks.
I haven’t checked, but I heard that Nyheim Hines is now the Colts’ goal-line back? Despite Jonathan Williams being a complete dud, last week’s cash lineup managed a rally to cash line on Sunday thanks to Robert Woods.
DraftKings Week 14 Picks: NFL DFS cash lineup
QB Lamar Jackson, Ravens vs. 49ers ($7,400). DK hasn’t made it too hard to fit in Jackson or Patrick Mahomes, and for the second straight week I’ll oblige with Jackson against a tough opponent. He hit 3.5X value last week despite driving rain and facing the No. 1 total defense, so back to the well.
RB Joe Mixon, Bengals @ Browns ($5,800). Mixon is going sub-$6K despite ranking fifth among running backs in touches per game since Week 8. Andy Dalton breathes a new floor into this team and the Cincinnati offense.
RB Devonta Freeman, Falcons vs. Panthers ($5,400). Freeman took back his workhorse role in return from injury last Thursday, notching 21 touches and five targets. That’s perfect timing for a matchup against Carolina, who allows more DK points to running backs than any other team.
WR D.J. Moore, Panthers @ Falcons ($7,000). DraftKings has taken its sweet time in elevating Moore’s cost, as he finally enters the $7K club this week. Moore sits one target outside the league lead since Week 7.
WR Robby Anderson, Jets vs. Dolphins ($5,100). Miami allows the fifth-most DK points to receivers and just reignited an Eagles pass offense that had been miserable. Anderson leads the Jets in targets over the past two weeks and was a drop away from three straight outings with a touchdown.
WR Auden Tate, Bengals @ Browns ($4,000). I’ll get two Bengals since DK seems to still be pricing closer to a Ryan Finley-led offense than an Andy Dalton one. Distinct difference. Tate averages 9.3 targets over Dalton’s past four starts.
TE Jack Doyle, Colts vs. Titans ($4,600). We took the Doyle free square at $3,300 last week and hit 6X value easy. This price bump of $1,300 probably takes him out of “free square” status, but it’s hard to ignore him at sub-$5K after getting 11 targets in his first week without Eric Ebron this season.
FLEX Derrick Henry, Titans @ Raiders ($8,200). We’re placing Henry in the FLEX since he plays in the late afternoon slot. Henry’s 496 rushing yards and five rushing touchdowns since Week 10 stand more than 100 yards and multiple touchdowns ahead of the runner-up.
DST Colts @ Bucs ($2,400). I’ll exploit the league interception leader for $1,600 off the positional price ceiling.
