alt-J debut new video for ‘Deadcrush’

alt-J have debuted the brand new video for Deadcrush, which premiered via WeTransfer. The gripping short film is set in a depopulated, post-human world of the far future, where an ageing supercomputer runs simulations of long-dead historical figures to pass the time. Deadcrushis the latest track to be lifted from the trio’s third album RELAXER. Released 2 June, the LP flew straight into the top 10 of the UK album chart and, in the following weeks, the band performed a sold out O2 Arena show and headlined The Other Stage at Glastonbury Festival.

alt-J: We are *very* proud to present the video for our new single Deadcrush. A collaboration between choreographer Darcy Wallace and director/dream weaver Young Replicant, it was shot in a water treatment plant in Essex in June 2017. ENJOY.
